Celebrate our Constitution this Friday!
At 7:00PM on Friday, September 18, join Brenda George, candidate for Superior Court Judge, and local attorney and author Linda Monk for “Establishing Justice,” an online conversation celebrating Constitution Day and exploring how that document continues to guide us.
Linda Monk is known as “the Constitution Lady” for her insights into our Constitution and the American story. She twice received the American Bar Association’s Silver Gavel Award, honoring her role in educating the public about the law. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
The theme of the conversation between Brenda George and Linda Monk will be the emphasis America’s founders placed on the fair and impartial interpretation of the law in the United States. After the conversation, they’ll have a Q&A session where you’ll have the opportunity to ask these experts your burning questions about our Constitution.
