• Town of Bridgeton – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of Mayor and 4 Commissioners
• Town of Cove City – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of Mayor and 5 Aldermen
• Town of Dover – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of Mayor and 5 Aldermen
• City of Havelock – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of 3 Commissioner seats out of 5
• Town of River Bend – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of Mayor and 2 Council seats out of 5 and 2 Council seats with unexpired terms
• Town of Trent Woods – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of Mayor and 3
  Commissioners
• Town of Vanceboro – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of Mayor and 5 Alderman
  seats
• First Craven Sanitary District – Type 1 election method which is a nonpartisan plurality election of 3 District member
  seats
