The Wainwright Dinner is still on!

Our officers have called the New Bern Health Department and the North Carolina Coronavirus Hotline to get current recommendations.  As of today North Carolina does not have any restrictions on events (i.e. College/High School sports games, events).  The only confirmed cases are in the Raleigh/Wake county area and not any local to Eastern North Carolina.

The recommended advice is to wash your hands, use hand sanitizer, and to cover your mouth if you cough or sneeze.

The Flame has confirmed with us that they are up to date with current health recommendations.  They will have waitstaff will serve the buffet, and they will provide hand sanitizer for every table.

If you are worried about your health (elderly, immune compromised, etc.) and would prefer to stay home, then please let Charles Dudley know(1st.vice.chair@cravendemocrats.org).
